Holy, moly. Can we at least let the under-paid, under-appreciated biology teachers do their dang jobs?? Will we ever get beyond this 'religion in education' problem?
I'm pretty sure that if the majority of the nation condones the concept of evolution for the entire educated population, you'd better believe in it. I mean, it's probably un-American to not believe in evolution. Get with it!
Teens will do anything to rebel these days. I've got it. If you can't find the U.S.A on a map (you'd better believe American students are having trouble with this one), you don't get to believe in anything, drive or vote. In fact, just hand back your text-books and get a formal lobotomy.
